The onward uses of the NLPG are huge, from wider public sector use to commercial applications in insurance, the utilities, customer profiling, logistics, satellite navigation and many more. IA working at the heart of European initiatives

Infrastructure for Spatial ?Information in EuropeIA is the sole UK partner of EURADIN, an initiative that aims to harmonise European Addresses by facilitating their effective access, reuse and exploitation across Europe to create new added value products and services.

Following a competitive process, Simon Barlow, a Director of IA, has been selected as an Expert by the EU INSPIRE team. As the LGIH nominee, Simon will be part of the ‘Buildings’ Technical Working Group (TWG), tasked with the development of the Buildings theme data specification for annex three of the EU INSPIRE Directive.
